Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a related field, four years of related experience, or a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
• Competencies: Sales, customer engagement, design/sketching/color coordination, interior design trends, and buying habits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provides interior design advice, facilitates tile/stone selection, and drives sales in the showroom.
• Logs client showroom visits and notes in CMT; follows up to close sales.
• Prospects for new business with builders and residential designers; follows up on leads.
• Maintains showroom samples/merchandising and coordinates product launches.
• Plans showroom tours and events for industry trade; builds brand awareness.
• Evening and weekend hours are required.
