The Shade Store in Wayzata, MN seeks a Showroom Design Consultant to deliver personalized design consultations, drive sales, and support showroom initiatives. You will leverage high-touch customer service and project management to create an exceptional experience from inspiration to installation.

Utilize product knowledge and proactive communication to engage with customers, designers, and trades, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless scheduling, installation, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail, design, sales, project management or customer service focused on high-end experiences.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design consultations in showroom, virtually, or in-home to guide solutions.
• Drive sales and maintain a healthy pipeline through client platforms.
• Nurture leads and seek new Consumer and Trade opportunities.
• Develop relationships with local interior designers, architects and contractors.
• Collaborate with field leaders to share best practices and boost sales.
