The Shade Store in Wellesley, MA seeks a Showroom Design Consultant to deliver personalized design consultations and drive sales while supporting showroom initiatives. You’ll leverage expertise in high-end customer service and project management to create exceptional customer experiences and contribute to showroom success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail, design, sales, project management or customer service with a high-end experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design and room solution guidance in-person, virtually, and in-home consultations.
• Drive sales through client platforms to maintain a healthy pipeline and hit sales goals.
• Nurture leads and pursue new Consumer and Trade opportunities.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors and participate in trade events.
• Collaborate with field leaders to share practices and boost customer engagement and sales.
