Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalize interactions with guests.
• Process transactions and payments, including financing options, with accuracy.
• Maintain in-store reporting and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to resolve order issues.
• Ensure order details (delivery date, address, etc.) are correct and updated.
• Support office tasks and maintain organized records and filing.
