Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to customers. You will answer phones, finalize orders, take payments and schedule deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to direct callers or answer questions.
• Finalize orders, take payments, and schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Process returns and initial paperwork for warranty claims.
• Support showroom Sales Consultants and assist with orders as needed.
• Process sales for accessories and other small purchases.
• Occasionally work the sales floor following HOM Furniture's sales methods.
