• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, availability, and order information.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Follow up on order status, backorders, and customer requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
• Coordinate customer pickups and ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Support showroom organization, cleanliness, and product displays.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory-related tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet service expectations while supporting branch goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
