• Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchasing decisions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and other industry professionals.
• Stay current on product offerings, features, and industry trends.
• Process sales orders, invoices, customer pickups, and backorders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and project updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and sample organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory management activities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain an organized workspace and complete administrative duties accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and sales initiatives.
