Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales, showroom sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and design preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and industry professionals.
• Stay current on product offerings, features, and industry trends.
• Process sales orders, invoices, pickups, and backorders accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain showroom appearance, displays, and sample organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and management.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and sales initiatives.
