Job summary

Plimpton & Hills Showroom is seeking a friendly and motivated Showroom Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers visiting or contacting the showroom. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, coordinate appointments, and support order management from inquiry through delivery.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate information, and teamwork to ensure a seamless customer experience across all showroom locations.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer showroom calls and direct inquiries to the right team member.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments.
• Provide customers with accurate order status updates and follow up.
• Perform inventory and stock checks.
• Coordinate product releases and deliveries to customers.
• Provide directions and location information for showroom locations.
• Identify customer needs and respond with helpful solutions.
• Promote the Waterware website and online resources.
• Process customer payments, including credit cards, and perform basic pricing calculations.
