Job summary

Hom Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service for our clients. The role involves answering calls, finalizing orders, processing returns, and assisting showroom Sales Consultants.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to direct callers or answer questions.
• Finalize orders, take payments, and schedule deliveries.
• Process returns and warranty claims paperwork.
• Make changes and cancellations to orders.
• Update customers on changes to their order status.
• Process finance applications.
• Support showroom Sales Consultants.
• Work the sales floor as needed.
