Job summary

Carvana in Dallas seeks a Customer Advocate to own the end-to-end customer experience in our showroom. You will guide shoppers from inquiry to purchase, provide post-sale follow-up, and deliver a transparent, low-pressure car-buying journey.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and digitally.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary showroom contact from inquiry to sale and follow-up.
• Engage with customers in-store and via phone/email/text; schedule visits.
• Finalize vehicle selection and assist with order placement.
• Provide a seamless white-glove experience with app connectivity and warranty info.
• Move customers through the sales funnel; respond to inbound leads.
• Be the CDJR product expert and stay updated on OEM training.
• Guide customers through Carvana online sales using proprietary tools.
