Job summary

Carvana in Indiana is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support our fast-growing automotive marketplace. You will be delivering happiness by assisting customers through the car-buying journey and handling in-home or local deliveries.

We offer an hourly starting rate of $19 with clear progression to $21, plus a 401(k) with matching, health and wellness benefits, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors during hauler assignments.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect them for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Obtain Notary within 90 days if applicable and meet state requirements.
