Carvana in Sacramento is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver a white-glove, no-haggle car-buying experience in our showroom. You will be the face of Carvana and CDJR, guiding customers from initial inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and ownership, with the ability to learn quickly across platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in showroom or retail settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in the showroom, guiding them from inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.
• Engage with customers in-store and via phone/email/text to understand needs and facilitate showroom visits/test drives.
• Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement from inventory or online platforms.
• Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience by setting up app connectivity and providing warranty/maintenance information.
• Move customers through the sales funnel with timely, action-oriented support.
• Be the CDJR product expert and stay up-to-date with OEM training and product updates.
