Job summary

Dal‑Tile LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our showroom team in Moonachie, NJ. The role includes assisting walk‑in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, and processing sales transactions to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will engage with customers across phone, email, and in‑person interactions, build relationships, and help select the right products. Experience in customer service and strong communication are valued as you support showroom

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their needs.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in the showroom.
• Accurately maintain customer contact information and transaction records.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Answer inbound sales calls and proactively make outbound calls.
• Maintain and create marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Sales Representative.
• Stay informed about company products and services.
