Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our Houston showroom team. You will handle customer questions, process sales, manage samples, and support the sales process across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes relationship building and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in the showroom.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and transaction records.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Maintain and create marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Representative.
