The responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, preparing quotes, building relationships, and following up on inquiries. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm; Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, showroom, customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations to customers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Be comfortable working in an in-person showroom environment.

• Work with contractors, architects, designers, cabinetmakers, builders and homeowners.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders and customer inquiries.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems.
• Maintain showroom displays, samples and product areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist with showroom events, product presentations and other sales activities.
• Follow up on leads and help convert showroom inquiries into sales.
• Stay current on new products, product applications and industry trends.

• Be able to push, pull, carry products, up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

Pay: $20-$25/hr. depending on experience
