• Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing or phone-based service roles.
• Ability to greet customers and manage inquiries with professionalism.
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Review and reschedule daily appointments; complete daily call activities.
• Monitor and resolve customer concerns using CRM and multiple channels.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately through to resolution.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
