• Proficiency with computers, email, text messaging, and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online leads.
• Contact prospective customers to follow up on vehicle inquiries, answer questions, and schedule sales appointments.
• Coordinate appointments between customers and the automotive sales team.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers who have missed or rescheduled visits.
• Assist customers with general vehicle inventory questions, availability, and the next steps in the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in the dealership's CRM system.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure leads are handled efficiently and opportunities are not missed.
• Monitor customer response times and follow-up activities to help improve appointment-setting and showroom traffic.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Brooklyn Jeep's commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
