• Coordinate appointments between customers and the automotive sales team.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers who have missed or rescheduled visits.
• Assist customers with general vehicle inventory questions, availability, and the next steps in the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in the dealership's CRM system.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure leads are handled efficiently and opportunities are not missed.

The Customer Relations Concierge will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring timely communication, coordinating appointments, and creating a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through the vehicle delivery process.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, appointment setting, BDC, or automotive sales support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and responding to inbound customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computers, email, text messaging, and CRM systems.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent follow-up.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with two alternating Sundays per month.
