Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Asheville, NC to greet guests, manage appointments, and assist customers with sales and service needs. The role focuses on delivering a friendly, informative showroom experience and maintaining organized customer records and literature packages.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The position runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM onsite with a pay range of $15.00–$20.59 per hour and eligible benefits including healthcare

• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment books and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address Thank You cards to customers for full house selections.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Position Details

• Location: Onsite in Asheville, NC
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours between 9AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.59

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
