Job summary

Ferguson in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative. This on-site role follows a Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and Sat 10:00 AM–5:00 PM with a weekday off in place of Saturday.

You will assist customers on the showroom floor, expand knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances, and support the Showroom Sales team with quotations, orders and deliveries to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of prior customer service experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances is preferred.
• Excellent communication for phone and in-person sales, time management and organization.
• Ambition to succeed and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering.
• Support Outside Sales Associates and Showroom Sales consultants.
• Process quotations and orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
