Job summary

The Freeman Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Show-site Supervisor to lead on-site labor for install and dismantle, and to prep in-office and warehouse before events. You will work closely with the Exhibitor Services Department and Sales team, using Freeman tools to project equipment needs and coordinate with the Graphics and Carpenter shops.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred.
• Travel 25% to 50%

Responsibilities

• Supervise show-site labor for install and dismantle on assigned events.
• Collaborate with growth, branch operations and Freeman tools for equipment planning.
• Produce work orders to other departments and coordinate special requests.
• Direct in-house labor for pulling and packing.
• Maintain quality control and high service standards.
