Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations, including freight, logistics and decorating. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and requires leadership across multiple teams.

You will manage labor plans, ensure budgeted margins, adhere to SOPs and safety regulations, and communicate effectively with clients and senior managers. Travel to shows and nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years in an operational environment with supervisory responsibilities (hire, fire, coach, train and develop talent).
• Experience reading floor plans, construction drawings; CAD and Adobe experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations.
• Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner).
• Develop and implement show plans to meet labor and margin targets.
• Ensure proper billing documentation for invoicing of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review labor calls and staffing to align with the implementation plan and budget.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and safety compliance across teams.
