Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Show Site Operations Manager to coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations, including freight, logistics and decorating.

You will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and drive planning for assigned shows. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage labor and budgets, and familiarity with CAD/Adobe for floor plans and layouts.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–7 years in an operational environment with supervisory duties.
• Experience reading floor plans and construction drawings; CAD/Adobe preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• LEAN Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Ability to interface with customers and senior managers; financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations.
• Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner).
• Develop integration plans to meet labor and margin targets.
• Ensure billing, labor, and materials documentation support invoicing.
• Review labor calls and staffing plans against the implementation plan.
• Manage labor productivity tracking and show labor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation of grievances and disciplinary actions.
