The role involves coordinating orders, dispatching labor, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation while collaborating with exhibitor teams and managers across city and national levels. It requires flexibility and travel up to 40% in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college graduation preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactive contact to exhibitors to receive electrical orders.
• Follow-up contact with exhibitors to clarify orders.
• Transfer electrical labor to power floor plan.
• Process electrical orders and generate labor tickets.
• Review orders against floor plans for accuracy.
• Assist exhibitors on-site with orders or changes.
• Organize orders to ensure correct dispatching.
• Effectively dispatch electrical labor to show site and document work.
• Data entry and audit of electrical labor produced at show site.
• Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
