Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate all Show-Site operations, including freight, logistics and decorating. You will lead accounts and manage labor plans to meet margins, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with floor plans/CAD, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and on show site. A college degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–7 years in an operational environment including supervisory duties.
• Experience reading floor plans and construction drawings; CAD/Adobe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop all Show-Site operations, including Freight, Logistics and Decorating.
• Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner) and manage labor plans.
• Ensure proper invoicing, documentation and compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety requirements.
