Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Positive demeanor with an energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft and ensure security.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress standards.
• Communicate theft prevention knowledge during store rallies and with teammates.
