Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm, confident greeting and promote a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
