Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident greeting to promote control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Teach and train associates on shortage reduction programs and safe practices.
• Support store leadership in maintaining a secure, customer‑friendly environment.
