Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the store.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-store presence and greet customers with a warm, confident greeting.
• Monitor entrance/exit areas to reduce theft and keep a secure environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
