You will monitor entrances, exits and high-risk areas, greet customers with energy and professionalism, and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty. This role emphasizes compliance, teamwork and operational awareness in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits to reduce theft and maintain a secure store environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain professional appearance.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Engage with customers and associates with confidence and timely communication.
