Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Command of Japanese language (verbal and written).
• Preferred experience in cruise industry as Shorex Staff/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and information on tours and ports.
• Upsell tours and manage Shore Excursion operations.
• Coordinate with Shore Excursion Manager and other ship departments.
