Job summary

Princess Cruises is looking for a Guest Services Officer fluent in Japanese to assist daily operational inquiries from passengers. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in front desk operations at a hotel or cruise ship. You will ensure passenger issues are handled with care while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Front Desk Receptionist from 4 or 5 star hotels/resorts or cruise ships.
• Good command of the English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Services teams with daily operational inquiries from Japanese-speaking passengers.
• Address passenger inquiries regarding onboard amenities and services.
• Take ownership of passenger complaints and follow up accordingly.
