Princess Cruises is seeking an Asst Shoreox Manager (Japanese Speaking) to join our global Shore Excursion team aboard our cruise ships. The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and leadership to support tours and guest experiences.

Fluent English and Japanese language skills are essential, with preferred cruise industry Shorex experience and public speaking ability. The position offers travel opportunities and a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
• Preferred cruise industry Shorex staff/manager experience.
• Experience with public speaking and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every passenger.
• Maintain knowledge of ship, itinerary, tours, and services to answer questions.
• Assist Shore Excursion Manager in coordinating tours and staff.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, booking forms, and tour dispatch sheets.
• Collaborate to meet or exceed sales goals each voyage.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
