Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the Shopify Plus storefront, driving performance, improvements, and day‑to‑day operations.

You will prioritize initiatives, coordinate across Marketing, Technology, and Operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience aligned with brand goals. You will lead A/B testing, site optimization, and app management, while mentoring teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct ecommerce management or website ownership.
• Deep Shopify Plus experience with storefront ownership.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to write clear development tickets and work with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, evolution, and day-to-day operation of the Shopify Plus site.
• Develop and manage the website roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead site optimization, A/B testing, and conversion improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Tech, and Operations.
• Maintain product catalog, pricing, imagery, and merchandising accuracy.
• Ensure QA, post-launch evaluation, and issue resolution for cart and checkout.
