Job summary

DNAM Brands in Beverly Hills, CA, seeks a Senior E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day Shopify Plus operations and drive revenue across our fashion and lifestyle brands.

You will optimize merchandising, launches, and PDPs, enhance the customer journey, partner with Marketing and Creative, and lead analytics using GA4 and Shopify Analytics to improve conversion, AOV, and CAC while coordinating social commerce and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations for fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and merchandising, promotions, launches.
• Experience with GA4, analytics tools, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify Plus sites and product launches.
• Optimize merchandising, collections, PDPs, and site search for conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to ensure brand consistency online.
• Monitor KPIs (C/R, AOV, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing on paid and social campaigns and landing pages.
