Job summary

Fourth Floor seeks a Senior E-Commerce Platform Manager to own and evolve our Shopify Plus ecosystem across multiple storefronts in the US and Canada. You will set the platform roadmap, direct the external Shopify development partner, and ship features, integrations, and optimizations to move the business forward.

The ideal candidate brings deep Shopify Plus mastery and strong commercial judgment, plus experience leading digital projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years running Shopify Plus or a comparable enterprise commerce platform for a consumer brand.
• Hands-on command of Shopify Plus — themes, app ecosystem, integrations, checkout, and merchandising tools.
• Track record owning a platform roadmap and shipping digital projects end to end.
• Experience directing outside development agencies or implementation partners.
• Comfortable working in Agile: backlogs, sprints, user stories, release cycles.
• Data-driven approach to picking priorities and proving impact.
• Organized, clear communicator who can juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and for using technology to build better online shopping.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify Plus environment across six storefronts and internal platform resources.
• Develop a forward-looking platform roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Direct the external Shopify development agency from requirements through launch and review.
• Write user stories, groom the backlog, plan sprints, and manage releases.
• Research and roll out apps, integrations, and platform features to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime, and third-party app stability.
• Stay ahead of privacy, consent, accessibility, and compliance changes.
