Job summary

Blenders Eyewear, LLC is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to own daily site operations, merchandising, QA/QC, and optimization across two Shopify Plus storefronts in a hybrid San Diego setting. You will ensure accurate product data, up-to-date content, and a conversion-friendly storefront that scales with campaigns and launches.

The role requires hands-on execution, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on e-commerce experience in DTC/retail.
• Strong Shopify/Shopify Plus experience and product launches.
• Detail-oriented with QA/QC habits and issue triage.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, ops.
• Bonus: basic HTML/CSS knowledge and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of two Shopify Plus storefronts; ensure accuracy.
• Monitor UX, fix issues, and QA before go-lives or campaigns.
• Handle merchandising, collections, navigation, and pricing data.
• Coordinate assets, copy, and promos with marketing and ops.
• Support product launches and site experiments; track results.
• Use AI/LLMs to improve QA checklists, reporting, and tasks.
