Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a detail-oriented E‑Commerce Operations Associate to support our Shopify Plus storefront. You will manage product catalogs, assist with launches, and ensure accurate product data across channels, enabling efficient merchandising and reporting.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, and Customer Service to uphold launch readiness and data accuracy, driving scalable growth in our fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of e-commerce operations or Shopify administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• Experience maintaining product catalogs and performing bulk product uploads.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and organize product catalogs within Shopify Plus.
• Coordinate product launches with timelines, assets, and descriptions.
• Support daily merchandising updates and collections on Shopify Plus.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E‑Commerce, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Service).
