Job summary

DNAM Brands, a family-owned fashion and lifestyle company based in Beverly Hills, seeks a highly analytical Senior E-Commerce Manager to drive daily Shopify Plus operations and long-term growth. You will own product launches, merchandising, and performance marketing support, while partnering with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to optimize the customer journey and revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce operations, strong Shopify Plus expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations for a consumer/fashion/lifestyle/DTC brand.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing merchandising, promotions, product launches, and digital storefronts.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all Shopify Plus websites.
• Execute product launches, merchandising updates, collections, pricing, promotions.
• Maintain catalogs, SKUs, descriptions, imagery, inventory visibility, content accuracy.
• Optimize site merchandising, navigation, and product discovery.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Support digital growth initiatives across Meta, TikTok, WhatNot, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Email & SMS, Affiliates.
• Build dashboards and analyze KPIs to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with external developers for site enhancements and AI-powered tools.
