DNAM Brands is seeking a highly analytical Senior E‑Commerce Manager to own the day‑to‑day Shopify Plus operations and optimize the customer journey across our portfolio of brands. You will drive merchandising, campaigns, and revenue growth by leveraging data and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role reports to the Director of E‑Commerce and requires hands‑on leadership in a fast‑moving direct‑to‑consumer environment, with a focus on scalable digital commerce growth and performance marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e‑commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of e‑commerce ops experience at consumer/fashion/DTC brands.
• Hands‑on Shopify/Shopify Plus expertise and merchandising background.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop and Klaviyo.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Shopify Plus websites and product catalogs.
• Execute launches, merchandising updates, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Improve PDPs, content, cross‑selling, size guides, and reviews.
• Analyze metrics and drive CRO, AOV, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Finance, and Ops for alignment.
• Support digital marketing by coordinating landing pages and promos.
• Lead testing, QA, and feature implementations with external partners.
• Oversee social commerce for TikTok Shop, Instagram, WhatNot, etc.
