R2 Global is seeking an entrepreneurial eCommerce professional in Phoenix to own and optimize the online store, drive revenue, and improve customer experience. You will work across Shopify, digital marketing, website optimization and merchandising to shape the brand's eCommerce strategy.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded and able to translate insights into practical improvements that move the needle, with hands-on ability to update the store and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing eCommerce operations for a consumer-facing brand.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus, including store optimization and ongoing development.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, email and SMS.
• Basic Shopify development skills, with the ability to make hands-on website updates.
• Experience using eCommerce analytics to monitor performance, identify trends and improve conversion rates.
• A solid understanding of product merchandising, online listings and content optimization.
• A commercial mindset, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability and customer experience.
• The ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
