This executive role oversees end-to-end eCommerce operations, analytics, marketing, and customer experience to drive growth and profitability.

The candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, optimize conversion, and align eCommerce goals with broader business objectives. A 10+ year track record in eCommerce is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven success in scaling DTC (Shopify) revenue and improving conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and omnichannel commerce.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Salary from $175,000 - $230,000 for the right candidate.
