Job summary

Built For Growth Digital seeks a junior eCommerce Consultant passionate about digital retail, taking a hands-on lead for Shopify builds, site updates, and project lifecycles. You’ll drive store performance, coordinate with designers and developers, and ensure technical soundness.

The role emphasizes learning the Shopify architecture, managing client expectations, and growing into mid/senior consultant with mentorship and structured progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on Shopify admin, product management on Shopify stores.
• Strong communication in English, with client-facing collaboration.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic logical problem-solving.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Shopify store builds, theme configurations, and routine updates for UX improvements.
• Install and configure Shopify apps to extend store capabilities.
• Troubleshoot front-end issues and app conflicts within Shopify environment.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for migrations, new features, and campaigns.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actions.
• Track tasks using PM tools and maintain clear progress reports.
• Execute email marketing, promotions, SEO updates, and product data migrations.
• Analyze site data to identify friction points in the conversion funnel.
• Coordinate assets with designers to meet Shopify theme and marketing specs.
