As a Service Shop Technician in Easley, SC, you will perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and cosmetic repairs and preventive maintenance on lift trucks and related equipment, mainly in a supervised shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school education plus 1–3 years mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Ability to safely operate drills, grinders, presses, forklifts, hoists, overhead cranes, and hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and installations on lift trucks and related equipment.
• Rebuild and repair components as needed.
• Perform modifications per specifications.
• Analyze and resolve breakdowns; provide professional service.
• Maintain documentation for each repair.
• Follow safety rules and dispose of waste properly.
• Provide field service support as needed.
