Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is seeking a Field Technician to diagnose electro-mechanical issues on material handling equipment and perform installations and repairs at customer sites across North Carolina. You will interact directly with customers, provide recommendations, and maintain high safety and service standards.

You will handle scheduled maintenance, repair tasks, and part inventory management while representing the company professionally in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair or installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose electro-mechanical problems with equipment and perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and suggest actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide superior customer service.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers.
