Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and guide a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

You will assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive culture that welcomes every individual's originality.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• One year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Travel 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
