Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to oversee daily shop operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

You will assist scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive, welcoming culture for all guests and crew.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where everyone is welcomed and loved.
