Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee a shop shift, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with shop leadership to deliver a WOW customer experience.

You will lead daily operations, manage service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and mentor a high-performing team of hourly Team Members, with responsibilities in scheduling, onboarding and tours.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
