Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to help run daily operations and ensure safety, quality and speed on the shop floor.

You will lead a team of hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling and training, and deliver a WOW guest experience with exceptional service while upholding our inclusive culture and standards. This role requires 2 years of relevant experience and 1 year supervising a team, plus strong communication and a commitment to equity.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where everyone is welcomed and valued.
